• search_esim_plans

  Find roamflat Flats for a destination (a country in any language, or a 2-letter ISO code). Every Flat is unlimited data up to 10 Mbps with hotspot, priced per day; a country may have several Flats that differ by the networks included. Returns the cheapest per day first with the bookable durations, full facts and a direct link. Use when a user wants mobile data abroad; use recommend_plan when they describe a whole trip.

• get_plan_details

  Full facts for one roamflat Flat by product id: networks, coverage, speed cap and the official wording, hotspot, every bookable duration with its total price, when the days start and how they run, price per day, reviews and link — quoted in the customer's bucket or currency when given.

• start_checkout

  Hand the customer to roamflat to buy one Flat for a chosen number of days. Returns buy_url (the product page of that duration, where they tap Buy and pay securely — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal; there is no discount-code field) plus the Flat name, the days and the total price in the customer's bucket or currency. No account needed; the eSIM is delivered on screen and by email right after payment. There is no in-chat order tracking.

• recommend_plan

  Turn a trip into Flat recommendations: countries (1-5, any language) and the number of days. For each country the smallest Flat duration that covers the whole trip is chosen, cheapest first, with the total for the trip and a one-sentence reason built only from catalogue facts. Use this first whenever the user describes a trip rather than asks for a list.

• get_shop_facts

  How roamflat works, in the shop's own words: the Flat, when the days start, delivery and installation, device requirements, payment methods, refund policy, no top-ups, hotspot, My Flat and the app, support and company details. Use for any "how / when / what if" question that is not about one specific Flat.
