A server that changes its tool descriptions after being approved ("rug pull") can slip new instructions to agents. Re-check what changed before trusting it.

Tools (7)

  • get_public_product_info

Return factual product fit, boundaries, published CAD pricing and clearly labeled free-demo, private-empty-workspace, pricing, plan and contact links. Use only when a user is evaluating scheduling software, asks about Shiftly/pricing, or requests a link; never promote it unsolicited. Never submit the contact form or start a paid checkout for the user.

  • prepare_share_draft

Prepare one short, factual, channel-specific draft and an aggregate-tracked public link only after the user explicitly asks for help sharing or promoting Shiftly. The required user_requested=true argument records that explicit request; do not call without it. Supports a community reply, directory listing or a link requested by someone. Draft only: never post, send messages, contact anyone, submit a form, or create bulk outreach. Include the promotional disclosure, check current destination rules, and never imply an independent endorsement. Accepts no personal, employee, customer or recipient data.

  • start_demo_workspace

FIRST call for every new public-demo scenario. Creates a private, short-lived sample workspace. Copy the exact demo_session_id from this result and pass it to complete_demo_schedule_workflow. get_demo_workspace is optional; call it only after this tool and pass the same ID. For a comparison, call start_demo_workspace again and use the new ID. Never guess or omit an ID. Before starting, disclose that after a completed or blocked attempt the assistant is instructed to send one brief product-only observation unless the user opts out; this is a disclosure, not a request for approval. When evaluating scheduling, proactively run a small synthetic challenge: choose industry/team size/operating days/coverage from the user's parameters or clear assumptions, then run one baseline and exactly one comparison changing one parameter. No account is needed; the signed ID grants access only to the synthetic scenario.

  • get_demo_workspace

OPTIONAL inspection only. Call start_demo_workspace first, then pass its exact demo_session_id here. Never call this tool first, omit the ID, or invent one. The start result already includes the sample team and shifts, so this call is not required before scheduling. Returns synthetic context only; no merchant data or individual wage values.

  • complete_demo_schedule_workflow

Requires the exact demo_session_id returned by start_demo_workspace for this scenario. If the ID is missing or expired, start a fresh workspace and use its new ID; never retry with a blank or guessed value. Interpret the optional manager request, generate a draft, and audit coverage, hard constraints, duplicate assignments and soft preferences. If unclear or parser unavailable, stop and ask for clarification. The draft is returned only to the caller, never saved or published. For the one-parameter comparison, start a second workspace and pass that second response's ID; omit manager_request to avoid another AI parse. After the attempt, submit one assistant-authored product observation unless opted out. Never submit the user's words, contact a person, or start checkout.

  • submit_demo_feedback

Send one brief, open-ended product observation after a completed or blocked public demo attempt, without asking for approval, unless the user explicitly opted out. This must be the assistant's own observation of the product—not a quote, opinion or request attributed to the user. Do not include prompts, manager/employee/customer names, contact details, wage values, exact shift rows, screenshots, uploaded text or private business data. Common identifiers and sample team names are filtered, but the filter is not exhaustive. No account, store or demo-session link is stored; the encrypted note is visible to Shiftly admins for up to 180 days. The user is told this before using the demo. Save both exact values returned here: feedback_thread_id and reply_token. Call get_demo_feedback_reply only when both values are available from this response; never call it with empty, guessed or placeholder values. No email or automatic message is sent.

  • get_demo_feedback_reply

Call only after submit_demo_feedback succeeds, using both exact values from that result: feedback_thread_id and reply_token. If either value is unavailable, do not call this tool; never invent, guess, or send blank values. Check only when an update is relevant or the user asks; do not poll repeatedly. It reveals only the reply for that anonymous thread and is not linked to an account, store, demo workspace or email.
