  What Well Prepped Life offers: fresh chef-cooked meal-prep delivery for seniors and disabled adults in the SF Bay Area, pricing, and how to get started. Call this first to answer questions about the service.

• get_available_slots

  List open times for the free 15-minute phone consultation. Returns a map of date (YYYY-MM-DD) to UTC ISO start times. Present times to the user in Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Defaults to the next 14 days.

• book_consultation

  Book the free 15-minute consultation call at one of the times returned by get_available_slots. Confirm the exact time (in Pacific Time), full name, and email with the user before calling. Fill the optional intake fields from what the user has already shared in conversation — don't interrogate; at most ask one or two natural follow-ups (who the meals are for, dietary needs, ZIP). The customer receives a confirmation email; a Well Prepped Life team member calls them at the booked time.
