• search_inventory

  Search the live NOSTOS catalog of retro games, consoles, and vintage apparel. Free-text query (accents optional) plus platform, department, region, condition, and price filters. Returns items for sale online and in the Duluth shop, title matches first; each says how to buy it (howToBuy). Every item is individually graded.

• get_item

  Full details for one SKU: description, condition notes, price, region, image, a direct product URL, how to buy it (online or in the shop only), and real-time availability.

• check_availability

  Real-time status for up to 50 SKUs: available (online and in the shop), available-in-store-only, reserved, sold, or invalid. The live source of truth; the catalog can lag a recent sale.

• list_platforms

  List the console platforms currently in stock, each with a count of available items.

• list_departments

  List the store departments currently in stock (e.g. 'VG - Software', 'Apparel'), each with a count of available items.

  Cash and store-credit totals for up to 25 items someone wants to sell. Name each item, its platform and its condition; NOSTOS prices every line itself, reports any it isn't buying, and says whether the free prepaid label applies and whether the basket goes to a personal review. An estimate that saves nothing.
