Free-window traffic distribution is not inferred; this is the same comparison as the web calculator. Excludes Waply plans and taxes.

• calculate_call_cost

  Estimate WhatsApp outgoing call costs from monthly minutes, using the same reference rate as Waply's web calculator. Incoming calls are free. The calling rate is a reference heuristic, NOT a verified official Meta calling tariff; always present the total as a reference estimate requiring rate-card confirmation. Excludes Waply plans, AI/provider fees and taxes.
