search_names
Lists the domain names rentadomain.sh has for rent right now, each with its monthly price and term menu; call it first, or whenever the user wants a domain and has not named one.
get_name
Looks up one domain name on rentadomain.sh: listed, rented or not held, the monthly price for 12, 6 and 1 month terms, the renewal floor and ceiling, the appraisal and the rent URL; call it when the user names a specific domain.
get_lease_terms
Returns the exact lease text for one name and term, its version and sha256, and the never-sell guarantee in one sentence; call it before the human rents, so they read what they sign.
how_to_rent
Returns the exact steps for this agent and its human to rent a name and point its DNS, with every URL; call it once the user has picked a name.
start_rent
Starts renting one listed name for a term (12, 6 or 1 month) and returns an approval_url for the human to open: they sign in (an email code, then a passkey or authenticator app), pass the identity check, sign the lease and pay by card, and the fixed-term lease starts on payment with no refunds after activation; names are rented for business or other commercial use only. Call it once the user has chosen the name and term. A rented or unheld name answers taken or not_listed with listed alternatives; a mandate (pre-authorized agent rent) is not available yet.
get_rent_status
Reports where a rent started by start_rent stands: waiting (the human has not opened approval_url), signing, active (with the lease and its dashboard URL), failed, expired, or taken (someone else rented the name first). Poll it after handing over approval_url.
