   Medium datasets (100GB-10TB):

   • Parallel transfers with rclone
   • Use multiple workers
   • May take days

   Large datasets (>10TB):

   • Consider Cloudflare Transfer Service

5. Migration Approaches

   Approach 1: Cut-over (Simple)

   • Copy all data to R2
   • Switch application to R2

   Approach 2: Dual-write (Zero downtime)

   • Write to both S3 and R2
   • Backfill historical data
